There will be a set up charge and a per delegate
charge, based on the scope of the service you require.

What do I need?
Nothing! - You do not even need access to the Internet,
we can manage the whole process on your behalf if that is how you want
it. However the more you have the better we can work with you - with
a PC and internet access we can send you reports and you can have the
event database installed onsite. If you have an existing web site we
can link to it.
How long does it take to implement an event?
Once we have agreed the level of service required
your event website can be operating in a matter of days, or even hours.
What about a minimum or maximum size for events?
For the smaller event it may be uneconomic for
less than 25 participants. The events database has processed events
with many tens of thousands of participants.
Not all of my delegates will book on line - what
about mail, fax etc.?
These can be sent directly to you as normal and
entered into the event web site by yourselves.
